Laser Lipo Machine
What is Laser Lipo Machine?
Laser Lipo Machine is mainly through the selective photothermal action of laser or the powerful shock wave generated by Q-switched laser. Act on local fat cells, extracellular matrix, and capillaries. Cause reversible or irreversible cell damage to achieve therapeutic purposes. Early reversible damage manifests as swelling of adipocytes. The heat absorbed by fat cells denatures their membrane proteins. It affects sodium and potassium's transport in the cell membrane and Changes its permeability. The liquid in the extracellular matrix enters the cell, and the cell volume increases. With the continuous accumulation of heat, fat cells produce irreversible damage. The cells undergo coagulation or liquefaction necrosis, the cell membrane ruptures, and the cell contents flow out. At the same time, the coagulation of small blood vessels reduces bleeding during surgery. Dermal collagen reorganizes and proliferates due to the photothermal effect of the laser and the pro-inflammatory reaction caused by the laser.
Specification
What is the method of Laser Lipo Machine liposuction?
There are mainly two types: external and internal. The former uses the laser beam to directly irradiate the local area, penetrate the intact skin, and act on the fat tissue. The latter uses a specially designed optical transmission system to transmit the laser light to a micron-scale optical fiber head through a catheter with a diameter of 1-2 mm. The red light emitted by the parallel HeNe laser is used for azimuth indication. The microcatheter is inserted into the subcutaneous fat layer through a small incision in the skin for local irradiation. With specific cooling equipment and handle operation, the operator can accurately grasp the position of the end of the fiber optic catheter and perform precise functions. Nd: YAG laser with a wavelength of 1064mm is mainly used in built-in laser lipolysis. External laser liposuction mainly uses semiconductor lasers, and the energy is low, so it is also called low-level laser-assisted liposuction (LLLL). Laser Lipo Machine uses a built-in laser lipolysis method.
Advantages and disadvantages compared to traditional liposuction:
Benefits of laser liposuction over traditional liposuction include:
(1) The surgical wound is small and the postoperative bleeding is less. The degree of edema and ecchymosis is mild and the recovery is quick. The patient can resume daily activities about 48-72 hours after the operation.
(2) It has a good aesthetic effect and good recovery of skin elasticity. Reduced skin laxity in patients after conventional liposuction.
(3) Since fat cells are damaged by the laser, they can easily be sucked out. It can significantly reduce the operation time and lighten the operator's work intensity, especially in the operation of multiple parts. It is also suitable for patients who have received traditional liposuction before, but the postoperative effect is not satisfactory, and patients who need to perform surgery on the same site again.
The disadvantage is that the operator needs special training. The equipment and operation requirements are high; the operation cost is relatively high. Therefore, laser fat melting technology is mainly used for small-scale fat reduction and body shaping at present. After lipolysis, the fat cells are broken. The content stored in the cells is released and absorbed by the body through the local blood and lymphatic circulation, so as to achieve the effect of local fat reduction.
Action site
Subcutaneous adipose tissue is divided into superficial fat and deep fat. Superficial fat is subcutaneous fat, which is located between the dermis and fascia. It is composed of fat cells and fiber intervals and contains skin appendages. It exists in various parts of the body. It belongs to metabolic fat and changes with body weight; deep fat tissue is located between deep and superficial fascia, also known as a localized fat deposit (localized fat deposit LFD), which exists only in certain parts of the body and is horizontally separated by fibrous tissue, belongs to static fat, is related to genetics, is easy to obtain but not easy to get rid of, and its thickness varies from person to person. LFD also has gender differences. Female LEDs are often located around the pelvis, such as the lower abdomen, abdomen, buttocks, and greater trochanter of the femur; male LFD is more common in the upper abdomen. Laser Lipo Machine can act on superficial and deep adipose tissue and LFD is the best site for laser lipolysis.
